Follow Miami Public Library Youth Department to stay up to date on children's programming. Don't have a library card? You can get one for FREE if you live, work, or go to school in Ottawa County, OK. Just bring in your ID and address verification such as a piece of mail. Patrons from surrounding counties can sign up for $20/year. A library card allows you to borrow thousands of physical materials such as Books, DVDs & DVD Players, Learning Tablets, Board Games, Fitness Equipment, and more!
